Job summary

Straub Automotive – Ohio Valley is hiring a Service Advisor to serve as the primary link between customers and our technicians. You will advise on vehicle service, schedule appointments, and document customer concerns to ensure clear communication and seamless service experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to advise customers on vehicle service and maintenance.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
