Job summary

Pike Electric in Milton, FL is seeking a safety‑conscious Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead electrical distribution systems. The role involves work on energized and de‑energized lines, frequent travel to job sites, and reporting to the General Foreman.

You will oversee project quality and deadlines, conduct pre‑job safety briefings, coach lower classifications, and perform live‑line work with proper PPE and hot‑stick/gloving techniques.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (Microsoft Word).
• Ability to lead crew, conduct pre-job safety briefings and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work using approved gloves and hot-sticks.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Travel to various job sites, including out-of-state locations.
