State Farm’s Kelsey & Luka Cline Agencies are hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve their established customer base. You will handle billing, policy changes, renewals and inquiries while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with policyholders.

The role emphasizes teamwork, independent work, and a path toward bonuses within a stable, long-term career at a recognized agency. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a State Farm agent's office is required.
• Familiarity with State Farm systems, procedures, and insurance products.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer requests in a fast-paced office.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing State Farm customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Review customer accounts to identify coverage needs and opportunities for additional products.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer service requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are handled properly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and agency growth.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office

Compensation: $26/hour base plus bonuses, with $50,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential
