Job summary

Penn Medicine, part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, is seeking an Experienced ServiceNow HR Application Analyst to implement and support HR Case Management via ServiceNow. The role involves discovery, requirements documentation, testing, training, and rollout, with production support and cross-functional collaboration across UPHS.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required), 7+ years Relevant experience, 5+ years Healthcare IT
• Bachelor of Arts or Science, 3+ years Relevant experience, 0-1 years Healthcare IT
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow HR modules is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Participates in an application project by setting clear goals and objectives, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Interprets and analyzes complex workflow/system requirements to design, configure, test and implement application solutions.
• Defines system requirements and develops logical data models for build, configuration, maintenance and data integrity.
• Creates and maintains documentation for assigned applications to establish standards for configuration and enhancements.
• Develops and executes test plans to ensure successful outcomes and accommodate changes.
• Assists in system upgrades and vendor releases to enhance the application and meet project objectives.
• Maintains change control standards to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Works independently on complex projects to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Provides ongoing support and maintenance as assigned.
