Qualifications

• 2-3 years of service advisor experience in a related industry preferred.
• Ability to work closely with vehicle repair technicians.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service appointments and keeping informed about their vehicles.
• Open and close work orders timely and accurately.
• Communicate with customers about necessary services and repair details.
• Dispatch work orders to technicians based on skillset.
• Prepare estimates for service and repairs.
