You will guide customers through service options, open/close work orders, and coordinate with technicians while maintaining CSI. A Business degree is preferred, strong communication, and prior heavy-duty dealership experience help.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to work closely with vehicle repair technicians.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in dealer business systems and computer skills; ADP Dealer System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments and updates on vehicle service status.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research vehicle recalls and service/repair information from manufacturers' sites.
• Promote and sell maintenance and repairs in a courteous, ethical manner.
