Qualifications

• Two years+ experience as a Service Advisor.
• Strong customer relations skills; proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
