Job summary

The role is the dealership’s front-line customer relations and service sales representative, responsible for addressing customer and vehicle concerns, achieving service sales objectives, and performing essential administrative tasks.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of automotive service advisor experience, with manufacturer and DMS familiarity preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and a customer-focused

• Manufacturer experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership DMS preferred.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance services.
