Job summary

Capistrano Valley Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central point of contact for service and repair activities. You will liaison between customers and technicians, listening to problems, arranging services, and setting expectations for timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED, automotive training or experience, and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some post-secondary automotive training or experience preferred.
• ASE certification a plus.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Excellent CSI and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with service needs and schedule service appointments.
• Provide accurate diagnosis and coordinate repairs with technicians.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulations and standards.
• Attend trainings and assist in staff onboarding.
• Continuously learn about product updates to better assist customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures and uphold dealership values.
