Description of the role:

The Service Advisor at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring positive impressions
  • Provide support for owner inquiries via phone or in person
  • Manage technicians' schedules and work distribution
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above standards
  • Oversee warranty claims and supervise the service department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Foster positive relationships with factories and employees
