Automotive Fleet Service Advisor (Transportation)
JOB PURPOSE
Our Fleet Service Advisors are responsible for optimizing revenue opportunities by managing Spiffys repair services, ensuring accurate data entry, billing, and repair tracking. This involves communicating with technicians and operations managers, managing the Spiffy Repair Board, and monitoring Repair Orders in third-party FMC software. Service advisors will also coordinate with fleet customers, schedule follow-ups, negotiate labor rates, and handle warranty claims as needed.
Hours: M-F 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST with flexibility for outside hours as needed
Compensation: $55k/year
Variable Compensation: Up to $10,000 based on company goals

This is a full-time remote role requiring a dedicated home office with reliable internet, professional setup, and quiet environment. Availability for virtual meetings across time zones is necessary. Occasional travel to local CBU may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Extended computer use, visual acuity, fine motor skills, ability to operate office equipment, and maintain ergonomic setup. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a distraction-free environment.
