Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking seasonal retail associates to join our mountain team for the 2026/27 winter season. You’ll deliver outstanding guest service, share product knowledge, and help guests find the right outdoor gear.

Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules, with a starting wage of $22.00/hr and up to $25.20/hr, plus the possibility of housing being unavailable. Benefits include free employee ski passes, free ski lessons, retail discounts, and growth through Epic Service training.

The Skilled Retail Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising and inventory management.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $25.20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
