Vail Resorts is hiring for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 to join our retail shops and rental operations. You will provide guest service, help guests with equipment, and support safety and operations across the mountain with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The Starting Wage is $20.00/hr and employees receive access to ski passes, discounts, and development opportunities. The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights, holidays and weekends, and fluent English for guest interactions.

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
