Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles in Colorado to help guests enjoy the mountain experience. Positions include Retail Associate across departments, with on-site work and no housing provided.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr and employment runs through Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Minimum age is 14, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

Resort Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
