Job summary

QXO is actively seeking experienced carpenters for residential production across Chicago area sites. Work includes exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, and roof sheathing, coordinating with Foremen to keep daily build plans and production pace.

Positions require working on active residential sites, outdoors in varying conditions, with overtime based on schedules. We offer health care benefits, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry with exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out.
• Ability to work directly with and take direction from Foremen and field leadership.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work
• Partner closely with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production pace
• Execute work with high quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Support crews in meeting project schedules and build timelines
