Job summary

QXO in the Chicago area is seeking experienced carpenters for residential construction projects across the greater Chicago area, including Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Cook, Lake, McHenry, and DeKalb counties. Projects involve exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, and back-out work. Travel between project sites may be required.

Overtime is available based on production schedules. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $55.00 per hour, with benefits including health care,

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry, with specialization in exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work.
• Partner closely with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production pace.
• Execute work with high quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Support crews in meeting project schedules and build timelines.
