Job summary

QXO, a leading residential carpentry contractor serving the Chicago suburban market, has immediate openings for experienced carpenters across multiple project sites in Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Cook, Lake, McHenry, and DeKalb counties. Work includes exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, and roof sheathing with Foremen oversight.

Travel between project sites may be required. Candidates should bring proven residential carpentry experience, tool proficiency, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Experience in residential carpentry, with specialization in exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out.
Ability to work directly with Foremen and field leadership.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work.
Partner closely with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production pace.
Execute work with high quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Support crews in meeting project schedules and build timelines.
