QXO is seeking experienced carpenters to support residential construction projects across the greater Chicago area. Roles involve exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, and back-out work on active sites with foremen guidance. Travel between project sites may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining production pace, ensuring high quality work, and keeping job sites safe and organized while supporting project schedules and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry with exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out.
• “Experience with residential construction sites and safety standards.”
• “Ability to follow foremen directions and work with field leadership.”
