Our ERs are safe, providing immediate life-saving medical care, including award-winning stroke and heart attack treatment. We operate 7 accredited trauma centers, treating thousands of patients annually, 24/7. Our staff offers expertise in handling various life-threatening conditions, ensuring the community always receives top-tier emergency care. Our network facilitates information sharing among hospitals and physician practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Positions may be available on various shifts, including weekend programs and per diem options. Full-time roles are 36 or 40 hours per week; part-time roles are less than 36 hours; and per diem requires a minimum of 2 shifts/month. Candidates should be able to complete initial classroom orientation followed by unit orientation.
Minimum of one year of Emergency Department Nursing experience required. An individualized orientation program is provided. Maintain current BLS certification. Nurses with less than one year of experience should visit our internship page here.
Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (Warren Campus).
Must be able to sit up to 2 hours, stand for up to 10 hours, walk for 6 hours, and lift objects up to 75 lbs. Transport patients weighing up to 500 lbs. Must meet vision, hearing, touch, and mobility requirements as specified.
