Our ERs are SAFE and provide immediate life-saving medical care, including award-winning stroke and heart attack treatment. With 7 accredited trauma centers, our emergency rooms treat thousands of patients annually, available 24/7. Our staff offers expertise for conditions such as chest pain, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, and other life-threatening ailments. Choosing any of our twelve ERs ensures high-quality care for you and your loved ones. Our network facilitates information sharing among hospitals and physician practices to optimize emergency care.

Full-time: 36 or 40 hours per week
Part-time: less than 36 hours per week
Holiday and weekend requirements vary by unit and policy
Per Diem: minimum of 2 shifts/month
Must complete an initial 7-day classroom orientation followed by unit orientation.
Minimum of one year of Emergency Department Nursing experience required. A personalized orientation program is provided. Maintain current BLS certification.

Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (Warren Campus).
Ability to sit up to 2 hours/day, stand for up to 10 hours/day, walk for 6 hours/day, and lift objects up to 75 lbs. Transport patients weighing up to 500 lbs. Must perceive attributes through touch, hear normal conversation and high/low frequencies, and see general, near, far, color, and peripheral vision.
