• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow‑ups and consistent communication.
• Host open houses and show homes.
• Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
