You will manage relationships, coordinate contracts, inspections, and closings while leveraging digital tools to monitor activity, update listings, and respond promptly to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Kansas and/or Missouri.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and real property regulations.
• Proven sales experience including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate clearly and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, maintain accurate documentation, and work with lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with digital tools, MLS systems, and basic office software.
• Previous experience as a real estate agent or broker in the Kansas City area strongly preferred.

Role Description

This Experienced Real Estate Agent role is a contract, on-site position based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating inspections and closings. The role also involves networking, prospecting, and maintaining a strong presence in the local community to grow a sustainable client base.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the applicable Kansas and/or Missouri jurisdictions.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and familiarity with local market trends and real property regulations.
