Role Description

This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, meeting with buyers and sellers, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements, and guiding clients through the purchase and sale process. The role involves performing market analyses, preparing comparative market reports, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and working closely with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate documentation, use real estate technology platforms, and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs to continually grow skills and knowledge.
