Sam Galloway Ford is hiring an exceptional individual to join our FORD QUICK LANE TEAM in Fort Myers. We are a fast-paced service department seeking a candidate with a proven track record and superb customer satisfaction skills; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include determining required maintenance based on age, mileage, and history, reviewing inspections, preparing accurate parts/labor estimates, monitoring progress, and updating customers daily.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle.
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and translate technicians' recommendations.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day.
• Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis.
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele.
