Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law in personal injury cases and general litigation.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw; familiarity with iManage and PCLaw.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements in personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy.
• Manage case files using iManage and PCLaw; keep records accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients for interviews and gather medical records and reports.
• Track case deadlines and court filings to ensure compliance.
• Support litigation processes by reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy; assist deposition prep.
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers while handling confidential information.
• Prepare status reports for attorneys and clients.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
