Viper Staffing Services L.L.C. is seeking a highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to support litigation from inception through resolution.

The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing pleadings, managing case files, and coordinating with clients to gather vital documents such as medical records and police reports. The ideal candidate has at least three years of personal injury or civil litigation support experience, with proficiency in LexisNexis, Westlaw, iManage, and PCLaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law or civil litigation support.
• Proven knowledge of procedural law related to personal injury cases as well as general & commercial litigation practices.
• Proficiency in legal research tools including LexisNexis and Westlaw; familiarity with iManage, PCLaw, and document review software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements related to personal injury cases
• Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy and factual development
• Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date
• Coordinate with clients for interviews, gather medical records, police reports, and other pertinent evidence necessary for case development
• Track case deadlines and court filings to ensure compliance with procedural law requirements
• Support litigation processes by reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy, assisting with deposition preparation, and organizing trial materials
• Maintain effective communication with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion
• Prepare detailed reports on case status updates for attorneys and clients regularly
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
