Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Knowledge of procedural law for personal injury cases and general litigation practices.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw; familiarity with iManage, PCLaw.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interaction.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for drafting and filing.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy.
• Manage case files using iManage and PCLaw to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients for interviews and gather medical records and reports.
• Track case deadlines and court filings to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support deposition prep and organize trial materials.
• Maintain communications with clients, insurers, providers, and other stakeholders with discretion.
• Prepare detailed status reports for attorneys and clients.
• Handle data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
