Qualifications

• Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with a broad range of legal practice areas and comprehensive litigation strategies.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, evidence collection, and case evaluation.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, procedural laws, and case law to support case strategy.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence, coordinating depositions, and developing litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client benefits.
• Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with effective advocacy.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and settlement opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters involving general & commercial litigation, employment law cases, or other related areas.
• Ensure compliance with procedural laws and court rules throughout the litigation process.
• Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software and maintain meticulous documentation.
