Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research to support strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence and coordinating depositions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain clear client communications about progress and options.
• Utilize LexisNexis and Westlaw for case development.
• Collaborate on complex litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with procedural laws.
• Manage case files using case management software.
