You own the file. The attorney leads legal strategy. You drive the case forward.
You will manage approximately 100–120 presuit cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and other personal injury matters.
Your responsibility begins at signup and continues through settlement and lien resolution, or a coordinated handoff to litigation. Shared legal assistant support helps with claim setup, records retrieval, and lien resolution follow-up, allowing you to focus on substantive case management and client service.
Relevant experience, sound judgment, a solid work ethic and demonstrated results matter most.
