Job summary

Ralph Sanchez Law in Miami seeks an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to own files from intake to settlement. You will work on-site in our busy PI practice, coordinating with clients, adjusters, and medical providers to keep cases moving toward resolution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in Florida PI case work, excels in documentation, and can manage deadlines in a high-volume environment. Familiarity with Filevine or similar systems is a plus; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Personal Injury case management experience (auto negligence, BI, premises liability, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Florida PI workflow, medical treatment timelines, and insurance processes.
• Experience preparing demands, tracking treatment, and supporting settlement negotiations.
• Proficiency with Filevine, Vinesign, or similar case management systems.
• Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
• Ability to work on-site in our Miami office.
• Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of pre-suit personal injury files from intake through settlement.
• Conduct detailed client intake, gather facts, and maintain accurate case notes.
• Coordinate and schedule recorded statements with insurance carriers; prepare clients and track outcomes.
• Handle interpleader cases, including gathering documentation, communicating with involved parties, and preparing files for attorney review.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to maintain case progression.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare demand packages, settlement summaries, and case updates for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys with negotiation prep, lien resolution, and closing documentation.
• Work closely with and manage Case Assistants, delegating tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring timely completion of case‑related duties.
• Maintain organized digital case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Schedule client appointments, statements, and follow‑ups as needed.
• Provide consistent, professional client service throughout the life of the case.

Ralph Sanchez Law is a high‑volume personal injury firm seeking a seasoned, detail‑driven Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. We are a high‑volume, results‑focused PI firm, and we need someone who can step in, take ownership of files, and contribute immediately.

This role is ideal for an experienced case manager who understands Florida PI workflow, communicates confidently with clients and adjusters, and keeps cases moving toward timely resolution.

This is an in‑office position for candidates who are ready to start now.
