Job summary

Viles & Beckman in Florida seeks an experienced Florida Personal Injury Case Manager to handle presuit caseload with initiative and client focus. You own the file from signup through settlement, coordinating with attorneys and support staff in a remote or hybrid setup.

You will manage 100–120 presuit cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and other personal injury matters, ensuring timely communication, lien resolution, and smooth handoffs to litigation.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing Florida presuit personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to maintain proactive client communication and case tracking.
• Strong demand-writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Florida PI claims, insurance, lien resolution.
• Excellent organization and follow-through in a remote/hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with clients through proactive communication and clear next steps.
• Take ownership of case progress and keep files moving toward settlement.
• Coordinate investigation, gather facts, and flag liability or evidence issues.
• Monitor medical development and communicate relevant updates to attorneys.
• Prepare demand packages, summarize medical records, and document damages.
• Support negotiations and settlement preparation under attorney direction.
• Drive lien resolution and coordinate with support staff for closer handoffs.
• Prepare files for next stage, ensuring organized transitions to closings or litigation.
• Deliver measurable results in client communication, file quality, and activity.
