Rihm Family Companies in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking an experienced Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow our parts business within an established, family-owned operation. The role centers on visiting customers and prospecting new accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with service and credit teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $115,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Heavy truck and commercial motor vehicle industry experience.
• Must possess effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visits to assigned customers and proactively prospects for new customers.
• Communicates parts orders and delivery instructions to counter people.
• Keeps abreast of new products, competition, and pricing trends.
• Coordinates relationships with New and Used Truck prospects and Service leadership.
• Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers.
• Follows up on and confirms customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction.
