Job summary

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow OEM parts sales within the Rochester, MN territory. You will manage existing accounts, prospect new shops, and represent our parts department with professionalism and product knowledge.

The role requires travel within the territory, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a track record of meeting sales goals. You will submit daily reports and work closely with the Wholesale Parts Manager to optimize accounts and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside or outside sales experience with a proven ability reach, maintain and achieve sales goals/quotas.
• Must have ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Clear driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visits assigned customers and proactively prospects for new customers.
• Develops strong, long-term relationships with repair shops and body shops, serving as a trusted advisor and first-choice supplier.
• Understands competitor offerings and differentiates Rochester Motor Cars’ OEM parts value to shops.
• Ability consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and territory growth expectations.
• Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale customers.
• Follows up on and confirms customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction.
