Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support the upkeep and operations of our apartment communities in the Charleston, SC area.

You will perform unit turns, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance with a focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair knowledge, plus REAC/INSPIRE familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and complete work orders.
• Complete unit turns, fixtures, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety on site.
• Be available for on‑call after hours.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies for on-site tasks.
