Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Radcliffe Manor in Charleston, SC. The role involves performing skilled maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep to ensure high-quality resident environments.

You will respond to work orders, perform unit turns, and assist with preventative maintenance while maintaining safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems (e.g., door entry, fire suppression).
• Familiar with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
