Position Overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This role can be based at any office within the firm's footprint, offering flexibility including remote work with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, along with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and will have strong experience managing, organizing, and reviewing complex litigation documents, including proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel throughout all litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting factual investigations, assisting in deposition and trial preparation, and providing trial support. Candidates should be familiar with electronic and paper filing procedures in state and federal courts, court rules, and legal research.

Skills and Attributes: Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, multitasking, willingness to work overtime and travel, and experience recording billable hours are essential.
