Position overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position may be based at any office location within the Firm's footprint. The role offers flexibility, including remote work options, with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, with strong skills in managing and reviewing complex litigation documents, including proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel through all litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting factual investigations, assisting in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Provide support during trial proceedings, manage electronic and paper filings in state and federal courts, and conduct legal research.

Skills and attributes: Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and effective communication are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects, work overtime, and travel as needed. Experience in recording billable hours is required.
