Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Any office location

Position Overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This role can be based at any of our office locations within the firm's footprint, offering flexibility including remote work with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, managing complex litigation documents, and proficient in Relativity or similar platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel throughout all litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting factual investigations, assisting in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials, and providing support during trial proceedings.

Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in electronic and paper filing procedures in state and federal courts, understanding of court rules, legal research skills, organizational and communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and willingness to work overtime and travel. Prior experience with billable hours recording is required.
