Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Any office location

Position Overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position can be based at any office within the firm's footprint, offering flexibility including remote work, with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and have strong experience in managing and reviewing complex litigation documents, proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel throughout litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, assisting with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials, and providing trial support.

Skills & Requirements: Proficiency with electronic and paper filing in state and federal courts, knowledge of court rules, ability to navigate court websites, and conduct legal research. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed, with prior experience recording billable hours required.
