Job Overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position can be based at any office location within the Firm's footprint, offering flexibility including remote work with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have strong skills in managing, organizing, and reviewing complex litigation documents, with proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel throughout litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, assisting in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. The role requires proficiency in electronic and paper filing procedures, knowledge of court rules, and legal research skills.

Skills and Attributes: Organizational skills, excellent communication, multitasking ability, willingness to work overtime and travel, and experience in recording billable hours are essential.
