Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position may be based at any office within the Firm's footprint. The role offers flexibility, including remote work options, with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Minimum of five years litigation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage complex litigation documents
• Proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Asana, and legal research tools

Responsibilities:

• Supporting trial counsel throughout litigation stages
• Drafting legal documents and conducting factual investigations
• Assisting in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Managing electronic and paper filings in state and federal courts

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
• Experience recording billable hours accurately
