5Church Buckhead is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items to our standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, while maintaining timely service.

The role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food items in accordance with recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure food is stored and handled properly to prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work efficiently during service to meet time and quality expectations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Assist with prep work and support other stations as needed.
