Job summary

Parma Tavern in Buford, GA is seeking an experienced Line Cook with a pizza focus to join our bustling scratch kitchen. You’ll handle hand-stretched dough, build pizzas, manage oven timing, and maintain quality during high-volume services while also supporting sauté and grill/fry as needed.

We value teamwork, consistency, and pride in execution. The right candidate has pizza station experience, a strong work ethic, and flexibility to train across stations.

Qualifications

• Pizza making experience strongly preferred and hands-on dough handling.
• Ability to manage pizza oven timing and multiple pies during busy service.
• Experience across multiple kitchen stations a plus and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Execute pizza station duties with speed, consistency, and accuracy.
• Cross-train and work sauté, grill/fry, pantry, and other stations as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and proper portion control.
