Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila in Saint Augustine, FL is hiring line cooks as we launch a new concept. Join a local restaurant group with over 20 years of experience and a focus on creative Mexican fare and tequila-centric cocktails.

You will work in a high-volume kitchen, prepare dishes to our standards, keep stations clean, follow safety practices, and support a positive team environment. Part-time position with competitive pay and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.

Creative Mexican fare, tequila‑centric cocktails & first‑class design elements will pay tribute to the venue – an iconic, 19th century Spanish Colonial Revival building with panoramic views of the bayfront & Bridge of Lions.

We are NOW HIRING LINE COOKS. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high‑volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years (Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille, Salt Life Food Shack).
