Job summary

Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an experienced line cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare dishes and recipes according to established standards while maintaining a clean, organized station.

You will follow all safety and sanitation practices and support other duties as needed by the manager on duty. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.

We are NOW HIRING LINE COOKS. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high-volume restaurants in St. Augustine for over 20 years (Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille, Salt Life Food Shack).

Major responsibilities include:
