Job summary

Heartland Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to install, modify and overhaul residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning and furnaces.

You will lead a high-performing installation team, ensuring quality work while maintaining strong customer relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of installation experience with a Journeyman leadership mindset, excellent communication, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with journeyman leadership mindset.
• EPA Certification preferred; Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and overhaul HVAC systems (A/C, furnaces) in residential settings.
• Lead and develop the installation team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed and perform installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with clear written and verbal communication.
• Mentor and train less experienced technicians to grow their knowledge and skills.

About You

This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus! Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement Team focused on achieving common goals Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers

• Experienced Professional – 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with Journeyman Leader Mindset – Ability to guide, motivate, and develop others
