What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer who can:

• Run all types of residential installations from start to finish (heat pumps, gas furnaces, ACs, air handlers, and ductwork).
• Lead a two-person team efficiently while keeping quality and timelines on track.
• Train and mentor an install helper to become the next lead.
• Keep jobsites organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Solve problems with confidence and integrity.
• Represent Mission Comfort's values in the field.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC lead installation experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• NATE Certification a plus (but not required)
