Champion Comfort Experts in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to advance your career. You will install top‑of‑the‑line systems and keep customers cool while leading field work with a hands‑on management style.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
