Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installations from start to finish. You will lead install crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and communicate with homeowners to confirm satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
